I made a loaf of really good bread.
Someone suggested I post a picture of it, but it was so good, there isn’t much left to take a picture of.

Its really easy to make.
Flour, salt, yeast.
Dont even have to knead it.
Dirty only one pan.
It was all the rage on the NY times cooking pages some time ago.
